Policy Duration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. For EU customers, this period also reflects your statutory cooling‑off right.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@youwantpureair.co.uk.
Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and clear instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- For hygiene reasons, filters must be returned sealed in their original packaging. If not, the filter cost may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your item.
- Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@youwantpureair.co.uk.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Filters with that have been used or seals broken.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
