Processing Time
•    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
•    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and the Channel Islands, additional delivery charges or restrictions may apply depending on the product, supplier and destination.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any applicable delivery charge for your postcode.

If an order is placed for an address where an additional delivery charge applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the charge. You can then choose to pay the additional delivery cost or cancel the order for a full refund.

We work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will leave a card or notification with re delivery instructions. Please double check your address details to help us get your order to you quickly.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care in packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@youwantpureair.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local authorities.
