The Demko Bed-System transcends the limitations of conventional spring or memory foam mattresses by providing three-dimensional, dynamic support. Utilising a sophisticated base of high-strength white beech slats connected with flexible foam strips, the system moves vertically, sideways, and rotationally to mirror the body's natural flexibility.

This intelligent design encourages the spine to decompress during sleep, reducing pressure on vertebral discs and improving circulation. By evenly distributing weight across bones, ligaments, and muscles, the system ensures that no harmful tension points develop. This promotes better blood supply and lymphatic drainage, allowing the spine to hydrate and recover overnight. Because the human body is flexible, your bed should be too. The Demko bed-system uses a slatted base that moves with your body in three dimensions — vertically, sideways, and rotationally. Made from strong white beech slats and connected with flexible foam strips, it adjusts naturally to your unique shape, weight, and sleeping position. 

No matter how you move, the support follows — maintaining spinal alignment, evenly distributing weight, and relieving tension along the entire back. This encourages the spine to decompress during sleep, reducing pressure on vertebral discs and improving circulation throughout the body. 

The vertebral discs will take up the optimal position during sleep avoiding their degeneration. Importantly, decreasing the load strain and thereby ensuring that no harmful tension points develop. The Demko bed-system evenly distributes the weight on the bones, the ligaments, the muscles linking them. As well as on the muscles surrounding the spine and the area around the joints. As a consequence, the blood supply will be perfect as will be the removal of inter-tissue waste material through the veins and lymph vessels. At the same time the slat base also stretches the spine longitudinally, moving the vertebrae and articular discs away from each other. The arteries are straightened out and the local blood pressure will decrease and supply of nutrition to the articular discs will increase.

You can choose between two mattress options: 

• 10 cm organic latex — recommended for people under 100 kg (16 stone) 
• 3.5 cm organic latex + 3 cm coir fibre + 3.5 cm organic coir fibre — recommended for people over 100 kg (16 stone), with added support from the coir layer. 

Please note: Our thicker organic mattresses are designed for traditional bed bases. When used with the Demko bed-system, they’re too thick/firm and will reduce the system’s therapeutic benefits. For king and super king sizes, we always install two individual bed systems — ensuring personalised support for both sleepers, without compromise.
